Hey guys! Guess what! Now I can blog from my new phone, that means when I feel like writing I can do it anywhere!
I’ve been so busy working on my summer dresses and signing up for praters mill/planning for praters mill in October. I’ve even drawn out how I want it this time so it’s not a last-minute shuffle to figure out where my tables and such will go.
If everything works out my booth with have picket fence going along two sides where the entrances will be, I also I plan to build a quilt rack and dress rack out of PVC pipes so it is easily taken a part after shows. I will have tons more inventory this year and lots of new items and size options.
I will have tons of these cute little dresses, This one was made from a thrifty pillowcase! I love how it turned out. I’m trying not to get to high in sizes so everything stops at size 5T which is in my comfort zone for making dresses. I really hate making adult and teenager sized dresses it’s just not nearly as much fun to me.
I will also have some of these little ties, I think they will be something different that people will hopefully love and want to see on their children.
In other news my fur family got a new addition, A sweet new dog named Teddy. I had been hunting for a dog for a several months now and my dad had said no to all the ones I had seen in pet stores and humane society’s. But I was sitting at the computer one day and a lady on Facebook had posted that she found him and he needed a forever home ASAP along with this picture of him.
all dirty and matted, something about him just stole my heart and I knew I had to have him, I called my dad and to my surprise he said “its up to you” which translates to “of course you can have the dog!” I went to pick him up and he was much bigger than he looked in the picture! He was super dirty and covered in fleas and ticks but after the first week of baths and tick removal he was a new doggy ready to take on the world!
He looks like a poodle sheepdog mix to me but I’m hoping the vet can tell me exactly or close to what bleed he actually is so I know how big he will be! He fits in great since he loves nap just as much as the rest of the gang. I’m still house training him, so far it’s been a long puddly journey in house breaking, He has some bad habits that I suppose he picked up at his previous home, like dragging trash everywhere and laundry! Maybe one day it turns into him picking up laundry and putting it in the hamper, a girl can dream right?
He also gets jasmine to be more active with them playing and running and playing in mud puddles after it rains.
Even all dirty he’s a cutie!
he and Jasmine had to have baths after all the mud today it was a huge mess, I really hate red mud!
I hope you guys have enjoyed catching up, I will try to check in more when I’m not so busy!
Have a great night and a fantastic week!
